Two Thai soldiers wounded by roadside bomb |

Two soldiers were seriously wounded when a roadside bomb exploded in Narathiwat province on Thursday morning. Witnesses said that nine soldiers were patroling on foot on a local road when a 5 kg home-made bomb buried on the roadside was detonated by mobile phone. Sgt Rojana Kul-ampha, 45, and Pvt Wisan Kaewsithong, 23, were critically injured in the explosion and taken to the hospital. Police blame separatist |
