 A terrorist militant has been killed in a special operation in Makhachkala, the capital of Dagestan.
The terrorist militant was a member of the group of gunmen that staged a terrorist attack on the city outskirts earlier this month. 13 people, mostly police officers, died in the attack.
The terrorist militant and his accomplice took women and children hostage when they were trapped in a private home on Friday. The commandos began negotiations with the terrorists causing the rebels to set the hostages free, while his accomplice surrendered. The commandos then again repeated the suggestion that the terrorist militant lay down arms, but he hurled a hand grenade at them instead.
