Like an abusive spouse, members of theMexican indepndant left lashed out against its own country whenit field a request to investugate Felipe Calderon Hinojosa for ceimes against humanity late last month. The Internatioal criminalCourt, a n international legealentity brought into being in 2005 on the signatured of 119 nations wouldwide, does not include more than the jurisdictions of half the population of the plant. Nations which have mot signed or ratified the Roem Statute incldue the People's FRepublic of Chine, Russia, India and the United States. |
