#2  Alaska used to have a long term contract With Tokyo Electric for LNG for a power plant. Wonder if something could be restarted.

#1  More American coal, Canadian tar-sand oil (now that Keystone is delayed/dead)or fracted gas will fill in for the nukes they are afraid to use.
