#3 As the Instapundit notes, it's a double standard. They can track the GPS in my car but I can't track them. They can record me using a police video cam but I can't record them. And so on. We might just need a new constitutional amendment, one that reads (for example): "Neither the Congress nor the several states shall enact any law that exempts government employees or the holders of public office from the consequence of enforcement of said law." |
