Proposed List Of Demands For Occupy Wall St Movement
2011-10-11
[Occupy Wall Street.orgDemand one: Restoration of the living wage. This demand can only be met by ending "Freetrade" by re-imposing trade tariffs on all imported goods entering the American market to level the playing field for domestic family farming and domestic manufacturing as most nations that are dumping cheap products onto the American market have radical wage and environmental regulation advantages. Another policy that must be instituted is raise the minimum wage to twenty dollars an hr.

Demand two: Institute a universal single payer healthcare system. To do this all private insurers must be banned from the healthcare market as their only effect on the health of patients is to take money away from doctors, nurses and hospitals preventing them from doing their jobs and hand that money to wall st. investors.

Demand three: Guaranteed living wage income regardless of employment.

Demand four: Free college education.

Demand five: Begin a fast track process to bring the fossil fuel economy to an end while at the same bringing the alternative energy economy up to energy demand.

Demand six: One trillion dollars in infrastructure (Water, Sewer, Rail, Roads and Bridges and Electrical Grid) spending now.

Demand seven: One trillion dollars in ecological restoration planting forests, reestablishing wetlands and the natural flow of river systems and decommissioning of all of America's nuclear power plants.

Demand eight: Racial and gender equal rights amendment.

Demand nine: Open borders migration. anyone can travel anywhere to work and live.

Demand ten: Bring American elections up to international standards of a paper ballot precinct counted and recounted in front of an independent and party observers system.

Demand eleven: Immediate across the board debt forgiveness for all. Debt forgiveness of sovereign debt, commercial loans, home mortgages, home equity loans, credit card debt, student loans and personal loans now! All debt must be stricken from the "Books." World Bank Loans to all Nations, Bank to Bank Debt and all Bonds and Margin Call Debt in the stock market including all Derivatives or Credit Default Swaps, all 65 trillion dollars of them must also be stricken from the "Books." And I don't mean debt that is in default, I mean all debt on the entire planet period.

Demand twelve: Outlaw all credit reporting agencies.

Demand thirteen: Allow all workers to sign a ballot at any time during a union organizing campaign or at any time that represents their yeah or nay to having a union represent them in collective bargaining or to form a union.

These demands will create so many jobs it will be completely impossible to fill them without an open borders policy.

#19  I heard somone the other day attempting to spin this, saying they had no demands, just goals.

Good ol' lucky 13.

#18  I still find it weird that a couple hundred hippies can give our political and financial elite such a bellyache. They usually dismiss any mutterings of discontent from the plebes

It's not weird if you realize that this is part of the 2012 Obama / Dems campaign operation.

#17  "$25,000 in student loan debt and all I got was this degree in dialectical materialism and a keffiyeh."

#16  So you're not going to protest the technicratic "elite"??? Oh why? You want to be them... ah ok.

#15  Live feed, moving on to the Senate.

#14  Not much like the Tea Party as some donks are trying to suggest.

#13  Huh, they had my attention at first. Voicing concerns about very real problems in our society is one thing, this is kinda weird though.

I still find it weird that a couple hundred hippies can give our political and financial elite such a bellyache. They usually dismiss any mutterings of discontent from the plebes.

#12  So

1/ State trade monopoly.
2/ State healthcare monopoly.
3/ State wage monopoly.
4/ State education monopoly.
5/ State energy monopoly.
6/ State transport monopoly.
7/ State Land monopoly.
8/ End freedom of association.
9/ Subsidize Non-citizens!
10/ Let us rig the ballots.
11/ Destroy ALL investment (the other side of debt).
12/ Ensure no lending happens.
13/ Increase union ability to extort.

These measure if enacted would kill millions of Americans through healthcare failure, destroy millions more jobs, lower every workers wages, make retirement impossible, make saving futile, make goods vastly more expensive, make Americans waste even more time being taught for no benefit and ensure that strikes cripple what little commerce does take place.

Ladies and Gentlemen I present The American Region of Socialist Entities.

#11  Demand ten: Bring American elections up to international standards of a paper ballot precinct counted and recounted in front of an independent and party observers system.

How about a standard of providing ID?
Let's see we have 1,500 paper ballots here and 1,000 eligible voters in this district. Heh.

#10  I didn't see the unicorn and rainbows in the list of demands, they left them out.

#9  Actually if 11 is to be done, I want to borrow a lot of money NOW.

Then what good are the credit agencies in 12?

#8  What news I hear on the radio seems to be favorable to these loons - like a lefty equivalent to the grass-roots tea party movement. Maybe they have yet to read the socialist demands.

Where are these dopes going to find jobs? What could they do that's productive, I wonder?

#7  Posted and of.

PIMF.

Of particular note on this list is the banishment of credit reporting agencies.

How is any business to compel, ultimately, any of their clients to pay if there are no consequences in terms of future credit and borrowing and purchasing?

#6  Pink ponies. For everyone.

Actually, I posdted a synopsis othe their demands with commentary last weekend. Check it out if you didn't see it.

#5  Nice job on the unibrow trim. Now lose the haji rag scarf, pull up your trousers, and get a haircut you loser. At the misfortune of a polite society, looks to me like you've got at least another 45 years to pay that loan back. On second thought, you really don't look to me like the "loan payback" type... SO SCRAM!

#4  Demand thirteen: People should be paid, like, a million dollars an hour. By the governmint. Even if they don't want to work. Only people who deliver governmint weed or fix rainbow powered flying cars should get paid more. Like, two million dollars an hour.
Posted by: tu3031   2011-10-11 00:57

#3  Demand thirteen: Rainbow powered flying cars. That can drive themselves. And the governmint should pay for them. And you should get a new one every two weeks. And you get to pick the color. And they should have a tracking thing on them so the governmint knows where you are. So if you're not home they can deliver you your daily supply of governmint weed.
Posted by: tu3031   2011-10-11 00:44

#2  Demand thirteen: Weed. And, like, good weed, man, nunathat weak stuff they give to old people on chemotherapy to test. And, like, we want the guvmint to pay for it because, like, they should. And deliver it to us. No matter where we are. Over the internet. Everyday. For the rest of our lives.
