| Pak police foil terror plot in capital |

| [Bangla Daily Star] Pak police say they have foiled a terror plot in the capital, arresting two suspects and seizing several explosives-laden vests and ammunition from a bad boy hideout. Senior police officer Bani Yamin says authorities jugged the two suspects yesterday as they drove through the Shahzad neighborhood of Islamabad. He says the men had concealed more then a dozen rockets, 12 hand grenades and vests packed with explosives in their car and at an Islamabad home. Yamin did not give further details and only said officers were still investigating. It was not clear what the suspects may have been targeting. |
