The Moros demand "real autonomy" vee de facto Muslim-controlled "SubState" in their region, not just another plan from Manila which focuses on socioeconomic reforms, IOW, PUT ANOTHER WAY THE MOROS WANT TO SEE THE BORDER BOUNDARIES = SURVEY MAPS. The above is why I deemed repors of inter-MILF factionalism = breakaway Rebel Group as more EXPANSION OF PHIL JIHAD, NOT A REDUCTION OR PEACE. |
