Assault weapons linked to ATF strategy turn up in US neighborhoods |
2011-06-28 |
![]() For months we've been searching through police reports and official government documents to uncover whether assault weapons linked to a controversial ATF plan put Valley communities at risk. Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives recently testified during a Congressional hearing, saying they knowingly allowed weapons to slip into the hands of buyers who would then distribute the weapons to known criminals. The strategy was supposed to lead ATF officials to drug cartel leaders, but agents admitted they never followed the weapons to see where they went. As a result, they testified, hundreds of weapons are now on the streets in the United States and Mexico, in the hands of criminals. Congrats ATF, now you have the guns showing up in the US and being used on Americans. The pure definition of treason and sedition. Not treason or sedition, malfeasance in office. There's a difference. |

#2 Wow, the AFT weapons have been traced back to... the USA??? WTF? This whole thing just keeps sounding worse and worse. It actually gives credit to ideas like "The CIA developed and marketed Crack in order to destroy inner-city communities.". G-d help us all! |

#1 Naah. What? Noo. Are they telling me that criminals...do not respect the law or borders? Good job FAT. Any chance of FAT being sued if/when one of these weapons kills a kid or cop? |
