Jerusalem's police department increased its deployment near the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan ahead of the funeral of 17-year-old Milad Ayache, who was killed during Friday's 'Nakba Day' riots. The funeral is scheduled to leave the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Ras al-'Amoud at noon, en route to the Muslim cemetery in Temple Mount area. |

#2 That there are any Muslims left in Jerusalem shows a deep character flaw of the Israelis. The al-Asqa mosque should have been torn down at the conclusion of any of their wars, and after an appropriate amount of archaeology, the Israelis should have rebuilt their temple on the site. Doing so in '67 or '73 would have meant an end to a lot of strife. |
