| "Commando SoloÂ’ is a United States Air Force EC-130J designed for one purpose and that is psychological operations (PsyOps). The aircraft is equipped with high powered television and radio transmitters intended to broadcast pre-recorded propaganda messages. The following audio clip is a broadcast they made today on 10405 kHz to Libyan naval officers and sailors. |
