| #1 Protecting himself during a robbery attempt would not be considered part of his official function in the country, and therefore his actions that day would not be covered under functional immunity One might argue that being a failed ISI hit would take this out of everyday life in Pakistan and back into the realm of geopolitics and diplomacy. But this really isn't about Davis, is it? |
