| [Ennahar] Tens of thousands of demonstrators in Cairo on Saturday called for the departure of geriatric President Hosni Mubarak, on the fifth day of anti-government protests across Egypt. "The people want the president's departure," they chanted in the sight of the army deployed since Friday night to maintain order. This unprecedented revolt against President Mubarak, 82, who runs the country for 29 years, has so far made almost 50 deaths. |
