#4 I think he was telling someone in Chechnya that they were ok and he had ruled them out. Ramzan Kadyrov was nominated for the Chechen presidency by Russian President Vladimir Putin in spring 2007 and approved almost unanimously by the Chechen parliament. |

#3 Yeah, I thought that odd too. I think he was telling someone in Chechnya that they were ok and he had ruled them out. I initially thought this bombing was from Ingushetia. Then they said the guy trained in Pakistan. |
