HT to AOSHQ - He has $6 Mil in a Swiss bank that he wants - they wouldn't release it:
Duvalier, 59, made the trip just before a Swiss law that could entitle him to at least $4.6 million takes effect on Feb. 1. To collect the funds, he would have to show Haitian authorities aren't interested in prosecuting him.
Oops! but his atty sez he doesn't want it "for himself"...he wants it to help rebuild the country. Hey now! Quit laughing!

No problem - Switzerland can release the money to the Salvation Army or the American Red Cross to use to help cut down on the opportunity for graft and greed rebuild Haiti.
