According to sources, 10 vehicles collided with one another near the Ravi Toll Plaza owing to dense fog, as a result of which a truck driver was killed and four others were maimed. In another incident, a motorist was killed in a head-on collision with a truck at the Multan Road. Dense fog has disrupted road traffic in various parts of Punjab. The Met department has predicted that the fog would continue for another few days. Low visibility on Thursday made it difficult for commuters to reach their offices, businesses and schools. Separately, a truck collided with a rickshaw in Kala Shah Kaku due to low visibility, killing the rickshaw driver on the spot, the channel reported. Also, 35 vehicles collided with each other at the Babu Sabu Interchange due to thick fog and careless driving.
