Army finds 2 depots in Kirkuk |

![]() “A force from the 12nd division of the Iraqi army found on Wednesday (Dec. 22) two large depots in south of Kirkuk,” a media source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. “The first depot contains 750 kg of a highly-explosive material, while the second one contains materials used to make bombs,” he added, without giving more details. “Police found this afternoon a female body near al-Bayati village in al-Toun Koubri district, northwest of Kirkuk,” Brigadier Sarhad Qader, chief of Kirkuk Districts Police Department (KDPD), told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. “The body bore signs of gunshot wounds and was sent to the Azadi hospital’s morgue,” he said. |
