| [Daily Nation (Kenya)] Detectives investigating Friday's attacks on coppers are scheduled to hand in their forensic report to the Commissioner of Police on Monday. The report, compiled by detectives from the Bomb Disposal and Anti-Terrorism Police units, reveals the attackers used grenades whose source is still under investigation. "Grenades were used in both attacks but police want to know their source," a senior officer, who sought anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the matter, said. "A preliminary report is scheduled to be handed over to the Commissioner of Police but a final one will be compiled later after the joint Kenya police and FBI investigation," the officer told the Nation. |
