#7  OOPSIES, forgot WMF > SOURCES: NEXT NORTH KOREAN NUCLEAR TEST MAY BE FOR HYDROGEN BOMB?

Which in turn is foreboding given various MSM-Net reports that the NOKORS = DPRK may already have 40-kilograms of NOT-MERELY-URANIUM-N-HYDROGEN-BUT-PLUTONIUM PLUTONIUM NUCMATS.

Lest we fergit, PAKISTAN = says ISLAMIST IRAN is being "DA REAL" when it says it doesn't need NUCBOMBS = NUCWEAPS

#4  I don't know if this is a "true" article or not. I do know that the trigger for revolution and civil war in the past is a situation where things are improving BUT not as fast as expectations are rising. So far not too bad but if there should be some sort of shock to the country where the situation takes a turn for the worse then the gap between reality and expectations can rapidly become too large to support and all hell can break loose.

#3  It's not that bad. China is better off now than it ever has been in the history of the world. Some farmers bitching that eminent domain kicked them off their land is not a 'powder keg'. China has several powerful levers with which to keep the country unified.

#2  Mr G hello!;
I realize you have more on the ground experience in this area of the world. I'm in agreement with the article. I also have believed that China is a powder keg. The country is so vast with people having so many differences. I can only see problems , they want more of everything and now, and corruption is a major problem as well. I understand that things are changing. I don't think it will go smoothly.

#1  Sigh. Yet another journalist who had his story written before he ever got on the plane.
