| Russia drugs agency baffled by Kabul fury at raid |

| [Al Arabiya] Kabul's angry reaction to the first joint U.S.-Russia drugs raid in Afghanistan was "not very understandable," a source in Russia's federal anti-narcotics agency told state news agencies Sunday. Afghanistan produces about 90 percent of the world's opium. |

| #1 I'm not baffled. Are you baffled? Nope. Not me. And the Russians are less naive about these things than your average American. I'm guessing it was a rhetorical baffle. |
