Police in Gallatin, Tennessee found the evidence that led to a criminal suspect right behind him. Officers say that Dustin Matthew Marshall tried on a new pair of jeans and left without paying for them. WTVF-TV reported that employees found Marshall's old jeans in a dressing room -- with his wallet still in them.DOH! My Momma told me to always check my pockets when taking my pants off.
Police caught up with Marshall and his girlfriend Lindsey Samantha Scholl on Saturday evening after a couple fled a steakhouse without paying their bill.

When police searched their home, they found evidence of auto burglaries and an apartment break-in as well. They were booked into the county jail on burglary, three counts of theft from a motor vehicle, two counts of theft under $500 and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Possesion of drug paraphernalia? I think I know why he forgot his wallet.
