Civilian wounded in Baghdad blast |

Aswat al-Iraq: A civilian man was wounded in a blast from an improvised explosive device (IED) attached to one of the vehicles of a motorcade of a high-ranking interior ministry official in eastern Baghdad on Thursday, a local security source said. "An IED attached to a vehicle of the motorcade of the interior ministry's outside roads protection department director went off in al-Mualimeen neighborhood, eastern Baghdad, today (Sept. 30)," the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. "The explosion left a civilian who was with the motorcade wounded," the source added, not giving further details. |
