| Feds investigating ex-Marine who allegedly sold high tech munitions to foreigners on ebay |

 He apparently sold sensitive munitions, rifle components, NVGs and LIFs.Sold them to PRC and There are laws against selling these kinds to foreigners. He says he "found" them near a dumpster. He says the Marines are out to get him. He also says he just didn't think about giving them back to his superiors. Investigators say they have no proof of criminality. Apparently "ignorance of the law" is a defense. |
