| HANGU: Taliban cut off electricity supply to Lower Orakzai Agency after tribesmen set their five vehicles ablaze on Tuesday. Locals told Daily Times that Taliban had ‘tortured’ a boy, and in reaction tribesmen set their vehicles on fire. |
