QUETTA: Unidentified men set two NATO oil tankers on fire in Mastung and Khuzdar on Monday.

According to levies force sources, an oil tanker carrying fuel for NATO forces stationed in Afghanistan, was heading to Kandahar from Karachi, when unidentified men intercepted it near Gunjadori area of Mastung at gunpoint and set it on fire.
However, the driver and the cleaner remained unhurt

and the attackers managed to flee from the scene. The tanker was completely destroyed.
Separately, in Khuzdar, some unidentified armed men torched a NATO oil tanker in the Chamroke area. Both the cases have been registered and being investigated by the police. |
