| #1 A problem wid "Stolen Valor" Cases is that US-WORLD INTEL + COVERT DIPLOMACY had historicially used many many 000's [or more] of Operatives whose TRUE BACKGROUNDS + ACTIVITIES, MILITARY ANDOR CIVILIAN, had been intentionally altered, hidden, or even destroyed for the sake of undercover Credibility + of course National Security. IT GENERALLY TAKES AN ARMY TO FIGHT ANOTHER ARMY, A CROOK TO CATCH ANOTHER CROOK, A SPY TO CATCH ANOTHER SPY, and so on. AGZ THOSE ENEMIES WHOM ARE MINDFUL + SAAVY ENOUGH TO USE PRE-ESTABLISHED LAWS, PROTOCOLS, + LOCAL TRADITIONS-VALUES AGZ ITSELF TO INTENS ENGAGE IN MALICIOUS OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES. IMO the above is why a number of US-STATE COURTS + US FED AGENCIES per se had NOT strongly nor punished offenders in such Cases, + MORESO NOW WID THE POST-9-11 GWOT = WAR AGZ HIGHLY DECENTRALIZED OR SEMI-ORGANIZED MILITANTS, ee INDIVIDUAL RADIC OR EXTREMIST PERSONS + NONS + CELLS + GROUPS + LOCAL, INTERNATIONAL NETWORKS, ETC. E.g. CHARLIE SHEEN in "NAVY SEALS" Movie > "WE [USN Seal Team(s)]DON'T EXIST", aka "I [Charlie = USN Seal Team member per se] DON'T EXIST". IOW, "STOLEN VALOR" CASES = FOR "I-WORK-NINE-TO-FIVE-THEN-GO-HOME-TO-WIFE-N-KIDS-N-DOG-N-DINNER-THEN-BED" PEOPLE, NOT FOR INTEL OR COVERT OPS. |
