The clashes started over land ownership at 6am Saturday in the province's Mandozai district between Haider Khil and Warza tribes, Wali Shah Himmat, the sub-governor of Mandozai district told TOLOnews reporter.
"Yer on my land, Mahmoud!"
"Yore land, Ahmed? Ah don't think so!"
Afghan security forces have cordoned off the area and the clashes have ended now.
"They're dead, Jim!"
The province's public health officials said the three wounded ones have been hospitalised.
"Try and keep 'em away from guns, explosives, drugs, liquor, and the nurses!"
