| #9 OK so let me get this stright... Having a 10% tax on tanning beds isn't racial - even though 90% of the users happen to be 'white'. Enforcing Federal immigration laws *is* racial because 80-90% of the breakers just happen to be 'brown' (to put it in a language even Holder can understand). |
