| Bhutto murder probe team responds to court order |

| [Dawn] The probe team investigating former prime minister Benazir Bhutto's murder appeared in court on Saturday in response to a show-cause notice. An anti-terrorist court in Rawalpindi had issued a show-cause notice to the team after it failed to respond to the court's orders. Members of the probe team told the court that they have written to the United Nations, seeking documented proofs held by its team. Responding to the notice, the probe team added that the suspects involved in the former premier's murder have fled to the tribal areas, causing a delay in the investigations. The hearing of the case has been delayed until July 17. |
