President Obama taps Harvard professor to oversee Medicare and Medicaid |

![]() I thought this kind of move was considered unfair by dems just a few short years ago. The decision means Berwick, 63, can become administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services without Senate confirmation. |
