| #8 The organic nature of Chinese produce is why you don't get too many salads comprised of raw produce in Chinese cuisine. Exterminating some of the added nutrients requires stir-frying at high temperatures, steaming or boiling. |

| #7 I don't think they need inspectors to confirm that Chinese produce is organic. To my knowledge, night soil has been organic since the dawn of agriculture. |

| #4 Take a look at "bio-quality" fertirlizers and be afraid: bird sh.t is their main component and that is a vector for dangerous diseases and parasites. In third world countries, it is often raw (not composted) human sh.t and is a vector for human diseases. |

| #3 Also Orgaic doesn not meazn healthy. First because intestinal cancers are at all times low because those horrible pesticides destroy the molds who caused them. Second: Take a look at "bio-quality" fertirlizers and be afraid: bird sh.t is their main component and that is a vector for dangerous diseases and parasites. Don't tease me on debating about horse manure. Third: In case orgnic fruits and vegetables taste better it is due to the varity or because they are planted more sparsely. NOT because there are organic. |
