If I understand correctly, he did so because Bambi said he'd issue an Executive Order denying abortion funding (to overcome the part of the Senate bill which explicitly funds it). If true, Stupak is an IDIOT who just sold his soul for nothing. An Executive Order canÂ’t overcome or negate a law. He't been played - or he's playing along. Supposedly he just announced a 3/4-million dollar "grant" for his district. Yeah, like that's a coincidence. Glad we all know the price he set on his soul. Definitely a cheap date. >:-( |
