| #7 Russia has always been one for big an early claims. Besides that a fighter is only as good as the pilots and their training so if Russia decides to sell these things they better also sell Russian pilots to go with them. |

| #2 It quotes a study by Australian Air Power, which has been of the long-standing opinion that the F-35 is grossly inferior to the Mig-15 but might be able to eke out a 1:3 kill ratio against against the ME-109. I doubt the F-35 is as good as Lockheed says but I doubt even the F-15 (much less the F-35) is as bad as they say if equipped with a modern AESA radar. |
