| #2 Range training is really your morning coffee for keeping you on your toes. Everything will go wrong at some point, and the unexpected should be expected. The best one I ever saw was on an M203 grenade range, when a private started screaming bloody murder, so everyone halted, and a few seconds later, some guys on motorcycles went driving through the downrange area. The First Sergeant was perturbed to a degree that First Sergeants rarely experience. He used some bad words. |
