| Suspected suicide bomber arrested from Hangu |

| [Dawn] Security forces on Thursday arrested a suicide bomber from Hangu who was planning to attack high-profile targets in Islamabad, DawnNews reported. The bomber confessed that he was travelling to Islamabad to hit high-level targets, security officials said. he said that he was planning to attack the federal capital along with two other suicide bombers. Arms and suicide jackets were also recovered from his possession. The bomber also disclosed that he has been working for a militant group called Zawar. Meanwhile, security forces have launched a search operation in the area to arrest two of his accomplices while the suspected suicide bomber is being interrogated. |
