| #1 The techniques used in Iraq re the knowledge of the tribes and local power structure is now being used in Afghanistan and this is just one sign of it. You need to know your enemy but you also need to know your friends and how to get more of them. The intel folks are being moved in from Iraq and there is some learning required on the part of the "old timers" on the newer intel requirements. |
