| #3 Just returned from the Georgia coast. The local teevee real estate channel at St. Simons was awash with area properties for sale from the mid-$300's to $7.5m. Foreclosures right and left, even on the high dollar properties. Appears a lot of folks are getting out of the coastal property business. |
