| Qalandiya checkpoint closed after stones thrown |

| [Ma'an] Ma'an -- Palestinian demonstrators reportedly hurled stones at Israeli forces at the Qalandiya military checkpoint south of Ramallah on Thursday. According to the website of the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, no one was injured in reported demonstration. The Israeli military closed the checkpoint as a result of the clashes, the report states. |
