| 3 Taliban found dead in Swat |

| Bodies of three Taliban were found from the Barikot area of Swat, while security forces recovered heavy weapons from the hideout of a Taliban commander on Thursday. Locals said the Taliban were killed during a shootout with security forces. Separately, Two Taliban surrendered to police during a search operation. Separately, police launched a crackdown on illegal immigrants in Swat and arrested 12 illegal Afghan immigrants. |
