[Kyodo: Korea] Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo, "And Bingguo was his name-o!" a special envoy of President Hu Jintao, held talks Wednesday in Pyongyang with North Korean First Vice Foreign Minister Kang Sok Ju, Chinese official media reported. ""They thoroughly exchanged views on bilateral relations and regional and international issues of common concern,"" Xinhua News Agency said in a dispatch from the North Korean capital, without elaborating. |
