| Attack on security convoy in NW; 12 soldiers martyred |

| [Geo News] Twelve soldiers were martyred and 10 others injured when militants ambushed a convoy of security forces in Garmalai area of North Waziristan. According to a statement issued by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), 10 militants were also killed in an exchange of fire that took place between saboteurs and security men triggered by the above attack by militants. The wounded troops have been rushed to a nearby hospital. |
