Suspected Taliban blew up a girls' primary school on the outskirts of the provincial capital during the early hours of Friday, said police. There were no casualties. An official from the Mattani Police Station told Daily Times that three suspected Taliban broke into Government Girls Model Primary School Ghaziabad in Frontier Road area, tied up the guard and planted explosives on the premises. Four devices went off in quick succession, destroying the boundary wall and five of the six rooms in the building, said the official. Attacks on girls' school on the outskirts of Peshawar have recently spiked. Friday's attack was the second such attack in less than a week.| Apparently it's summer holidays.
