Qazi court judge killed in Quetta |

![]() Qazi Mohammad Ziaul Haq, the judge of Dasht Qazi court, and his stenographer, Abdul Khaliq Dad, were headed for Haq's residence when they were killed in the vicinity of Saryab Grid Station. Police and law enforcement personnel cordoned off the area and have begun investigations. No group has so far accepted responsibility for the killing. Following the murders, hundreds of lawyers, including Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Amanullah Khan Yasinzai, rushed to the hospital. The lawyers protested against the killings and chanted slogans against the government for failing to protect civilians' lives. |
