I think the right of private property kinda trumps that.

Getting invited into someone's house/blog and urinating on the furniture because you think you have a "constitutional right" to do so, is a sure way to get disinvited - quickly.

#7  You just have to laugh at these anti-consitutitonal types. You know. The ones that say you can not exercise your right to Free Speech. Or to request that candidates legally prove thier citizenship vis a vie formal documentation, because THAT person doesn't want to see or talk about such things.

What simple mindedness. Oh, and abuse of what little power you have found in life to be a dictator, even when it means being a dictator of a comment section somewhere out there on the web...

Rantburg will not join the list of fools who demanding President Obama's birth certificate. Mr. Obama, for all his faults, is an American citizen born in Hawaii, and we will not question otherwise.

The 'nirthers' are one short step away from the 'troofers'.

TEHRAN, June 13 (Reuters) - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Saturday an election in which he secured another four-year term was "free and healthy", rejecting allegations of irregularities by a moderate rival in the vote.

"People voted for my policies," the conservative president said in a televised address a day after the disputed election, in his first post-election comment.

"It was a free and healthy election," he said, without making direct reference to assertions by former Prime Minister Mirhossein Mousavi that there were many violations in the vote.
