| N. Korea says it will see any U.N. embargo as act of war |

 [Kyodo: Korea] North Korea adopted a belligerent stance Saturday toward a U.N. resolution overnight in New York calling for increased sanctions against the country after its most recent nuclear arms test. The official Korean Central News Agency said Pyongyang will see any attempt to ""blockade"" the North or inspect its ships at sea as an act of war. |

| #6 If they were just conventional weapons you could make the argument that we're not justified hitting them first...that is, if you're willing to endure events like Pearl Harbor and 9/11. But now we're talking nukes and we can't afford to let them hit at all. The world can't afford it. We know from past experience that appeasement doesn't work, negotiations won't work, and that they will keep pushing until somebody pushes back. Blockade 'em until they all starve and if that doesn't work blow 'em off the map. |

| #5 At the risk of sounding repetitive and trite, when are we going to wake up and nuke both North Korea and Iran? I don't think Bambi will do anything until / unless nuclear missiles hit either (or both) U.S. or Isreal soil. Just sayin', ya' know. |
