| #2 It's because they don't have a clue why it happened (BASEL2 regulation), what to do about it (BANKrupt insolvent banks, print money for depositors, windup assets), what to do to stop it happening again (raise reserves to lower M4) so they give the responsibility to others as they don't think they'll get any credit. The Cowards show themselves to be leeches not leaders. |
