Iranian missile experts in N. Korea

An American is talking with a Soviet guy about missiles.

The American says: "Our system is very advanced. When our missile fails we have a button so that the expert can blow it up."

Says the Soviet guy

"Oh we are much more advanced, we have two buttons for that."
