North Korean officials have expressed their willingness to normalize relations between their country and the United States, a U.S. scholar who last month met them in North Korea said Wednesday. #1 Of course the North Koreans are willing to normalize relations, so long as they needn't give up anything... like their nuclear bomb program or their prison camps. That's always been their position, even a little housewife like me knows that. |
