2009-01-15 |
![]() Montalban's death was announced at a meeting of city council by president Eric Garcetti, who represents the district where the actor lived. Garcetti did not give a cause of death. #9 Many, many moons ago, I read a letter (in Reader's Digest?) that he had written to his son. The basic theme was "I'm not your friend, I am your father. This is more important and a great responsibility." I was impressed. Definitely not your basic Film Actors Guild member. |

#2 "I've done more than kill you. I've hurt you. And I wish to go on...hurting you. I shall leave you as you left me. As you left her. Marooned for all eternity in the center of a dead planet. Buried alive... Buried alive... Buried alive..." KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNNN! |
