#5 Let's bring back that go old Scandinavian custom of outlawry. Being declared an outlaw didn't mean you were labeled as "operating outside the law" as it means today, it meant you were outside the protection of the law. In other words "Bring me my AR-15, Inga, honey." |

#3 England should adopt the Joe Arpaio tent cities to handle its overcrowded prisons. Put them out in the boonies and feed them oatmeal. The best part is that tent cities, that is, military field conditions, are internationally held to be humane conditions. |
